Agreed compensation: I understand that my participation is unpaid. No appearance fee, royalties or other compensation have been promised for my participation or the uses authorized here. This does not override a separate written payment agreement or waive any payment or protection required by applicable law or a binding collective bargaining agreement.

I voluntarily agree to be photographed, filmed and audio-recorded in connection with The Flower Shop shoot in Los Angeles on October 24, 2026. “Recordings” means those photographs, video and audio recordings, including behind-the-scenes material. I give Darren Huang (“Producer”), Outlaw The Artist and JYDN Hill, together with their authorized collaborators, distributors, licensees and successors (collectively, the “Authorized Parties”), permission to use my image, likeness, appearance, voice and statements as captured in the Recordings, together with my chosen public credit if provided. This permission is worldwide and perpetual, to the extent permitted by law. It includes the right to edit, crop, excerpt, rearrange, adapt, combine with other material, reproduce, publish, display, perform, distribute and license the Recordings, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or later developed. Authorized uses include music videos, films, photographs, artwork, social media, websites, streaming, publicity, advertising, promotion and other lawful creative or commercial projects, including future works using these Recordings.

The Authorized Parties may decide how and whether to use the Recordings. I do not have a right to inspect or approve an authorized edit or publication. The Authorized Parties do not promise I will appear in the finished work or receive credit. Except for compensation stated above, a separate written agreement with an Authorized Party, or payments required by applicable law or a binding collective bargaining agreement, I am not entitled to additional fees or royalties for authorized uses.

To the extent permitted by law, I release the Authorized Parties from claims based solely on recording my appearance and using it within this permission, including claims based on privacy or publicity rights. This release does not authorize unlawful, defamatory or materially deceptive uses, false endorsements, or fabrication of new performances using a digital replica of my voice or likeness. It does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived or release claims for physical injury. It does not transfer rights belonging to another person. Optional marketing emails are separate; unsubscribing does not change permission already granted for the Recordings.
